What percent of nutrition in food is absorbed?
Diavola asked: How much, approximately what percent, of nutrition in food is actually absorbed in one digestion? How much nutrition would be in waste?
(I’m not planning on eating my waste, I’m just checking some silly sci-fi idea. ;P)
