I am a teenager and a vegetarian. Does anyone know of any good books like a nutrition guide that would help me have a healthier and balanced diet?

Try “Skinny B*T*H” it’s hilarious, and wonderful. They give all kinds of neat facts and now they have a cook book, too.

Y!A won’t let me put the B-word….but it’s 5 letters and rhymes with “itch” and it’s REALLY the title

“Becoming Vegetarian” by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina (both registered dietitians) is very thorough, and includes information geared towards adolescents.
